If a user requests the suspension or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") in the following cases, we will promptly conduct an investigation and take appropriate measures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. We will notify the user of the outcome. However, if the Suspension of Use, etc., involves a significant cost or is otherwise difficult to implement, we will take alternative measures to protect the user’s rights and interests.

10Amendment of Privacy Policy
We will periodically review and improve this policy. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we may change the contents of this policy at our discretion without obtaining the individual consent of each user. The revised Privacy Policy will take effect when we notify users or publish it on our website through the designated method.
11Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We will comply with applicable Japanese laws and regulations related to the personal information we possess.
12Handling of Complaints and Inquiries
We accept and respond promptly and appropriately to complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information. We will also respond swiftly and appropriately to requests from users for the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or refusal to provide their personal information.
13Security Measures
We take organizational, physical, human, and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information through security controls such as access restrictions to personal information files, recording access logs, and preventing unauthorized access from external sources.In the event of an incident involving the leakage of personal information, we will promptly report the matter to the supervisory authorities in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and related guidelines. We will also take necessary measures, including implementing preventive measures and recurrence prevention measures as instructed by the supervisory authorities.
