What is your pricing structure?
We operate on a “success-based fee” model. Fees will only be charged after a candidate successfully joins your company. There are no costs incurred during the selection process, so feel free to consult us anytime. Note: Retainer searches are excluded from this model.

Can you introduce candidates as a team?
Yes, we can. We have extensive experience in supporting projects where high-performing core members are assembled to form a team. Companies using this service have successfully expanded their consulting services and established new business units.

What industries do most of your candidates move to?
Many of our candidates move to roles as IT specialists, managers, or executive positions at large SIers, consulting firms, foreign-affiliated companies, Japanese corporations, venture businesses, or owner-operated enterprises.

How long does it take to receive the results of the document screening?
Typically, it takes 5–10 business days to receive the results of a document screening, although some companies may notify candidates within 2–3 business days. Even if the notification comes quickly, it is often unrelated to the final hiring decision. The timeline may vary depending on each company’s hiring process, organizational structure, HR workload, and the number of applicants.

What are confidential job openings?
Confidential job openings are those whose details are restricted for various reasons, such as to avoid excessive competition for high-demand positions at growing industries and major listed companies, to support new projects, or to fill urgent vacancies with limited hiring slots.
By registering for our career support service and meeting with your career mentor, you can gain access to exclusive job openings not listed on public job sites.

How can I view confidential job openings?
Please contact us first. After a consultation to understand your career background, preferences, and goals, we will introduce the most suitable job opportunities from our database. Job matching is done after the consultation to ensure alignment between the candidate and company. This is not a self-searchable system.
