During his middle school years, he won a national karate championship and later competed at the international level. He was also involved in the Boy Scouts for approximately ten years. During high school, he received a recommendation from a prestigious soccer powerhouse that regularly competed in national tournaments and later attended a top-tier university that has produced over 40 professional J-League players. While in university, he was selected as a representative for Osaka\u2019s national soccer team.<\/p>\n

After graduating, he pursued a master\u2019s degree in International Business at the University of Liverpool in the UK.<\/p>\n

Upon returning to Japan, he worked as an interpreter and soccer coach at the Manchester United Soccer School, provided interpretation services at a Japanese hotel, and gained experience as a researcher, consultant, and manager at a major global recruitment agency. His expertise spans recruitment, staffing, and contracting.<\/p>\n

He later specialized in executive search, handling high-level positions with annual salaries ranging from 10 to 30 million yen or higher. In 2022, he was recognized as the top-performing consultant at ManpowerGroup. Following this success, he established Yonemoto Corporation, leveraging his expertise in executive search and freelance contract recruitment to deliver unique and innovative services.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Born and raised in Osaka, a stronghold of the manufacturing industry, he aimed to expand business operations globally from a base in Tokyo.
